Thirtyone patients have been already treated with a combination method in my praxis. All the patients came home 2 hours after the operation. Bleedings were minimal, only pinky urine existed from catheter. Of caurse they could eat and drink what they wanted. The sixth patient lost 4 drops of blood.
Bei ein und dreissig Patienten wurden Kombinationsmethode durchgefuehrt. In zwei Stunden nach der Operation waren alle zu Hause. Das durchs Katheter laufende Harn waren leicht blutig. Der sechste Ptient verlohr nur vier Tropfen des Blutes. Waehrend der Operation siet mann keine Blutung oder pinky Harn. Sphinkter externus waren intact. Nach der Entfernung des Katheters klagteten sie keine Schwierigkeiten beim Wasserlassen. Bei der postoperative Ultraschall-untersuchungen zeigtet sich eines verkleinerte Prostata und eine verkuerzte Harnroehre. Fuer der Operation hat mann eine besondere Anaesthesie, verschiedene Technique und Mut noetig.

Summary We have presented a new method of prostatectomy, "chemical prostatectomy". It is very easy for urologists to inject 100% ethanol safely, which causes necrosis of the pros- tate, into hypertrophied prostate under ultrasonic sound control. No other special machines are necessary for this operation. It is very advantageous for the problems of industrial wastes and infections inside the hos- pital. Because of minimal complications during and after operation, especially little bleeding, the operation will be performed for outpatients. Therefor their quolity of life will stay in good condition. But it is not possible to estimate, how much prostatic tissue will be destroied and dis- sapeared. This operation is one of methods of hemostasis and anesthesis. So another opration, for example TUR-P, can be done more safely after this operation. We obtained these conclusions theoretically from our chemical prostatectomy. Zusammenfassung Wir haben eine neue Methode der Prostatectomie, "chemische Prostatectomie", vorgestellt. Es ist sehr leicht fuer Urologen, in den Prostataadenom unter Ultraschallkontrolle ohne Gefahr rein Ethanolzu injekzieren, damit der Adenom nekrosiert wird. Dafuer ist kein anderes bebonderen Geraet noetig. Es ist auch sehr guenstig fuer die Probleme des industriellen Muells und der Infektionen in Krankenhaeusern. Aus Gruende der minimalen Komplikationen waehrend und nach der Operation, besonders wenige Blutung, kann man die Operation den ambulanten Patienten durchfuehren. Deswegen kann man ihrer Qualitaet des Lebens gut halten. Aber kann man nicht genau vorsagen, wieviel Pros- tatagewebe verschwunden wird. Diese Operation ist eine der Methoden der Blut- stillung und Anaesthsie. So nach der Operation kann andere Operation, z.B.TUR-P, mit verminderten Komplikationen durchgefuehrt werden. Wir bekamen theoretisch diesen Schluessen von unserer chemischen Prostatektomie. Sumario Nosotros hemos propuesto un metodo de prostatec- tomia, "prostatectomia quimica". Es muy facil para nosotros urologos, que inyec- temos unos mililitros de ethanol puro sin peli- gro en la adenoma prostatica con ayuda de ondas supersonica. Por eso se pondriamos encoger la adenoma. Ninguna otra maquina necesita para esto. Esto metodo es tambien validez para problemas de basura industrial y posibilidad de infeccion en hospitales. Gracia de poco complicaciones mientras y despues de la operacion, especialmente poco derrame de sangre, se puede hacerlo pacientes externos. Por eso se puede mantener sus cualidad de vida buena. Pero no puede predecir exactamente, se quede quanta cantidad de la adenoma pequena. En realidad, el que teniaba una adenoma muy grande como una manzana, tiene ahora la como una castana. Esta operacion es uno de Metodos de restano y anestesia. Por eso despues de estas operacion puede hacer otra operacion, por ejemplo TUR-P, con complicaciones reducidas. Nosotros hemos conseguido teoreticamente estas conclusiones segun nuestra prostatectomia quimica.
Chronic prostatitis with meatal stenosis It is very difficult to treat chronic prostatitis as you know well. I think that one of the causes is a slite meatal stenosis. The opening on the surface of glans penis is normal in shape. But the true meatus of urethra, which is seen opening the opening widely, is often stenotic. If the slitely stenotic meatus is one of the causes of failure to treat chronic prostatitis, a meatotomy must be useful. Ten (+2) patients were treated. 60 (67) percents of them were symptome free or better. A sagital incision was made 2-3mm long at 6 oclock .sagital section of male urethra with prostatitis
Es ist sehr schwer chronische prostatitis zu behandeln, wie Sie genau wissen. Ich denke dass eine der Ursachen eine nicht starke sondern leichte Meatus Stenose ist. Oberflaechlich sehen Sie eine ganz normale meatus. Aber,wenn Sie die meatus weiter offen mit zwei Finger und die treue Ausgang der Urethra genau kucken, koennen Sie darunter eine leicht schmale treue Meatus sehen. Wenn es eine der gegen Medikamente resistierende Ursachen waere,musste Meatotomie geklapt gemacht werden. Bei zehn Patienten wurde eine 2-3 mm lange an 6 Uhr Meatotomie gemacht. 60 prozent der Patienten wurden symptom-frei order besser sein.
