Tables of sin(Bn) and cos(Bn) were made and used. This method is much faster than that of "Euler's formula". And you can get also arc.sin(x),arc.cos(x),tan(x) and arc.tan(x) easily. In 1984 I used this method and established a operation with a robot. Z-80 CPU was used with assembler programm and the angles were calculated without putting data into RAM areas, so the speed of calculations was excellant.

Q:How old was he? A:He was 91 years old. Q:Did he have complications? A:Yes,angina pectoris,(severe heart desease), but no problem after the operation. Q:What are these fotos? A:It is the middle lobe of his prostate(l). After the operation the prostate has been disappeared(r). He can urinate after operation without residual urine. Q:And now? A:After one year he is in the heaven without catheter.
Thirtyone patients have been already treated with a combination method in my praxis. All the patients came home 2 hours after the operation. Bleedings were minimal, only pinky urine existed from catheter. Of caurse they could eat and drink what they wanted. The sixth patient lost 4 drops of blood.
Summary We have presented a new method of prostatectomy, "chemical prostatectomy". It is very easy for urologists to inject 100% ethanol safely, which causes necrosis of the pros- tate, into hypertrophied prostate under ultrasonic sound control. No other special machines are necessary for this operation. It is very advantageous for the problems of industrial wastes and infections inside the hos- pital. Because of minimal complications during and after operation, especially little bleeding, the operation will be performed for outpatients. Therefor their quolity of life will stay in good condition. But it is not possible to estimate, how much prostatic tissue will be destroied and dis- sapeared. This operation is one of methods of hemostasis and anesthesis. So another opration, for example TUR-P, can be done more safely after this operation. We obtained these conclusions theoretically from our chemical prostatectomy.

The Theory of ICS for the Treatment of Overactive Bladder is NEVER TRUE
Case1: A woman who was suffering from urgency and sense of residual urine, was treated with anticholinergic agent. But she feeled only thist. The bladder symptomes were never relieved. If the theory of international continence society is true, the symptomes must be relieved, but it didn't.
Case2: A women who was suffering from urge incontinence and severe sense of residual urine, was treated with anticholinergic drug for seven days and feeled no symptomes anymore. The drug was very effective.? The result is very curious. Dose the drug act so long time? Never! She was completely relieved because the theory of ICS was faulse or mistake. The anticholinergic agent dose never treat anything, only balance impaired nervous system. If she stop medication, she must feel severe symptomes.
What is the cause of urge incontinence, urgency and sense of residual urine? It is Chronic Inflamation of the Bladder or Chronic Cystitis. Dose the treatment against inflamation heal the symptomes? OF CAUSE, YES. What drug is effective? LYSOZYME from EGGS Almost 90% of patients were healed with it, the others by acupuncture and so on.

Chronic prostatitis with meatal stenosis It is very difficult to treat chronic prostatitis as you know well. I think that one of the causes is a slite meatal stenosis. The opening on the surface of glans penis is normal in shape. But the true meatus of urethra, which is seen opening the opening widely, is often stenotic. If the slitely stenotic meatus is one of the causes of failure to treat chronic prostatitis, a meatotomy must be useful. Ten (+2) patients were treated. 60 (67) percents of them were symptome free or better. A sagital incision was made 2-3mm long at 6 oclock .
